Where can I find the information on my order?

Can I change the delivery date of my order?

Of course! Just call our customer service team on +971 4 352 0699 and they will be able to reschedule the delivery date for you.

Returns

I don’t really like the colour of the item – can I return it?

Returns are only allowed if the product has a defect or was damaged accidentally by our team during delivery or installation.

How do I use a promo code for purchasing a product I like?

Enter the code when you get to the checkout area.

Why has my payment failed?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Make sure your card details are correct with the right billing address. If it isn’t working, please contact your bank.

Wrong item

I didn’t order the item that was delivered.

Either notify the delivery team immediately via +971 4 352 0699 or send an email to the customer service team with the confirmation email of your order and a picture of the item you have received. Our team will endeavour to fix the issue and replace with the correct item. Make sure the packaging is intact of the item you have to keep the item new and clean.
